*MOVIE INCLUDED* Halloween (1978) Movie Parts 1 and 2 Reaction
Added 2020-10-05 20:53:34 +0000 UTCMICHAEL MYERS IS CREEPY AF! Wow this movie was actually pretty good with a VERY creepy villain! I can understand why it's a great horror movie classic with its good use of suspense and how this inspired other slasher films like the Scream franchise. I also liked the direction of this film with its slight use of POV shots from the villain's perspective, the use of creepy jumpscares (but not overdoing it) and a pretty simple but good soundtrack. This film hardly has any blood in it which surprised me as usually horror films do but that's quite refreshing really because loads of horror films nowadays overuse that.
For context in case you didn't know, I've been thinking about doing some movie reactions for a while now and because it's the month of October, I have decided that I'll do a few scary movie reactions but maybe once/twice monthly.
It took long though for me to make these reactions as I have to make four videos due to the Youtube version of this reaction being a timer reaction (which will be uploaded tomorrow) due to copyright and each reaction is split into two videos so I might have to just make timer reactions for the others depending on schedule later.

2020-10-07 14:44:33 +0000 UTCThe movie the boy was watching was 'The Thing From Another World' released in 1951 and based on a 1938 novella called 'Who Goes There?'. John Carpenter included it as a tribute. He loved the story so much he made his own version 5 years later.
