Added 2024-12-28 06:41:58 +0000 UTCHello everynyan!! I won't do a lot of yapping this time bc I already yapped a bunch in this notes.. it's literally called the author's note for a reason, we need to yap abt how much we love drawing comics...
Not a lot of ppl knaur but my favorite fvorite manga of all time and one that inspired me to even draw comics in teh first place was Miiko Desu (old as hell i know im unc status ok..) and at the end of each volume, Ono Eriko would have long sections about her journey drawing the volume, how her life affected her plots, and how she balanced work and family, which i found really admirable..!
I grew up reading comics, I was a comic reader/cartoon watcher before i even drew my first anime eye , so I'll always be on the side of the people making the comics, that's why I put in the recommendation for webtoons that I find super underrated.. all of them less than 20k subs 😢, which is insane considering how much work went into each of those stories.. I hope everyone will give their story a chance as well, just like you did mine..! 😭

I just tell everyone to pretend its pokemon world without pokemon and without the scifi.. - depends on how many characters, perspective, pose, background, how often i have to redraw the same thing over and over, one panel could take either 15-40 minutes to sketch, and then another 10-30 to color and edit! thank you so much, i hope my answers are good enough T_T;; happy holidays!
