Hallo everynyan! Happy Cherry Crush Friday!
I wanted Mashiro to have a moment to ogle Kang bc Kang got to sneak his collar bone mole a couple episodes back so... we gotta make it even..! Mashiro is an introvert and I've been drawing him becoming gradually more animated around Kang over the past few episodes for this reason..! He has seen a LOT of six packs working for Chohan but of course.. it's the guy with no brains and can speak dolphin that got him, L
Kang becoming more aware of Mashiro's behaviour is also a sign that they were getting closer! He would never know to work those braincells in the beginning of this, all he wanted was dopamine, him adjusting his behaviour and trying to make someone else but himself comfortable is a good development! (i know, basic empathy is huge for him </3) Ultimately, I wanted both of them to have a changed attitude by the end of the "date" and they pretty much both did..! Even though the POV switched back to Mashiro, just know Kang is sooooo happy kicking his feet in his bed rn bc he scored sooooo much boyfriend points on that date. Good job, Kang!
There's only a few more episodes before the comic officially ends.. I'll post the whole thing on WEBTOON for the free readers to read and I'm sure it'll be better to binge the whole thing instead of waiting for episodic release like you guys (So sorry.....), plus I think my comic strips read the best on the app anyways.. until Patreon can come up with a better format for scroll comic images, I don't think I can switch off WEBTOON yet.. problem is teh WEBTOON audience is ruthless and I'm scared of reading comments so I think I'll just turn it off.. Remember that era during season 2 that was so depressing I had to turn the comments off bc everyone was complaining about how sad it was dkjsfnkjdsa😭😭😭😭 and that was before the Crush lore reveal, too.......it wasn't even that bad....
