2025-06-21 04:29:30 +0000 UTCMy theory for this one is that Shirley is shown at the end as one of the possible ACB suspects - she could have been the one who cracked Duncan (possibly a copycat) and then used the news of Pierce dying to get Jeff and Annie off of her scent, after all they said that they were heading into a dead end.
