Using Patreon
Added 2019-04-25 16:00:02 +0000 UTCTo help patrons better understand how to use Patreon and make it a better experience, here's some tips to keep in mind:
1. No Access to Lower Tier Posts: If you do not have access to a lower tier post (i.e. you've pledged at the $5 tier but can't see a $2 tier post), it's because you already have access to whatever is in that post at your tier. To cut down on emails & notifications, if two tiers have access to the same thing, I'll send it to them separately. So if the b&w labeless maps are available at the $3 tier and again at the $5 (along with the colored versions), I'll make one post per tier and send them out separately. This way you'll only get 1 email/notification that day instead of two for the same exact thing.
2. Notifications & Emails: I love to let everyone know what's happening with my work and projects. I send several emails a month. Sometimes almost daily or even twice in a single day. If that's too much notifications for you, you can opt to turn off notifications for both on Patreon and via email. Click here to read how to set these notifications.
3. Links: Links are located at the top of posts and usually feature a thumbnail from the link. Just click the image at the top of the post to go to the link.
4. Downloads: Downloads are found at the bottom of posts in the "attached files" area. Click the name of the download you want and it will download automatically.
5. Declines: If you suddenly do not have access to posts and/or our Discord, it is usually because you're payment has been declined. Visit your account information to add new payment source.
