To which I respond: you FOOL, you IMBECILE. Don't you recognise Phil? We covered him way back when he appeared in the Tracey Ullman shorts. I remember thinking way back then in the distant past of 2021, "Oh boy, I can't wait for Phil's triumphant return," and now that joyous day has arrived. Hallelujah!
