BONUS! Tranq Lady

The man from Monday's entry appears to call her by name, although I have listened to the clip roughly 1000 times and I cannot clearly tell what it is. Frinkiac seems to think it is Johnson, but to my ear it doesn't sound like that.
Our old friends at the Simpsons wiki seem to think her name is Kirst, and that the hat man is her husband, neither of which I can find evidence for:
