0283 - Campaign Manager

He certainly has a fairly prominent role in this episode, but is never seen again. I think I am getting a sense of deja vu from him because his voice is very similar to a certain blue-haired lawyer (whose name escapes me right now), but once Burns' campaign is over at the end of this episode, this guy disappears from Springfield forever.
Some say he can be seen in the mob scene from the Simpsons movie, but at some point we are going to have to examine that scene frame by frame - they claim that it features every character to that point, and I just don't believe that to be true. When I cover that film in 2067, we'll see!
