BONUS! Mary Bailey's Ex-Boyfriend

Sure, there are less featured characters than this (in the back rows of crowd scenes and whatnot) but most Simpsons fans would barely remember Mary Bailey, never the mind the fact that her high school boyfriend is briefly mentioned:
He will be forever immortalised in the longest running American sitcom* of all time as a small photograph, and not even a "current" photograph at that.
* The longest running sitcom, while we're here, is "Last of the Summer Wine", which ran for 37 years. Although it only had 295 episodes, which obviously The Simpsons surpassed a long time ago.

This is an old photograph, I would've thought you would put more research into getting an up to date image of Mary Bailey's Ex-Boyfriend. He could be anyone, Jasper Beardley, Old Jewish Man, Molloy, we HAVE to solve this mystery.
