It's hard for this pair not to stick out, being so prominent in the foreground. And the gentleman looks very creepy. Did you notice Mr Winfield selling souvenirs in the background too? This where reuse of models from the character pack starts to accidentally build continuity within the show. We can now conclude that Mr Winfield works at the Springfield Stadium before he moves to Florida in season 4's "New Kids On The Block." That useless bit of information will rest in your noggin for the rest of today.
