Paras!

The case study for Paras has gone rather well thus far. For this case, I find it worth mentioning that we've come across a more... Unique situation with one of our own researchers. A new recruit, calling herself Romo, is rather unusual. Having a humanoid shape, with less than humanoid features, isn't exactly common. However, not matching a Pokemon that we know of is what she claims has had her pushed both out of human society, and any Pokemon social groups in the wild. Her body and fur match a Skwovet quite well, but the lack of other markings make her more like the general idea of a squirrel, rather than one of the many squirrel subspecies. Naturally, we aren't very different ourselves when it comes to society, so we offered her a fair deal. Food, water, shelter, among some luxuries, and in return, using her more... Animalistic qualities to help us with research. Her initial interview with Global Management was... Satisfying. Although it is worth noting that she is hermaphroditic in nature, her breasts and feminine figure belying below average masculine genitalia. That being said, it works advantageously, as she can present herself to a potential mate as both male or female. Her first case study assignment is Paras, which we assumed would have difficulty mating with a human, standing at around a single foot in height. Her smaller than average equipment made a proper breeding possible, so it is recommended for a majority of male human to female Paras pairings that include sexual activities be limited to oral, or simple grinding. Her report on the experience was very thorough, how the firm, smooth fungal growths actually made for a surprisingly pleasant texture of the Paras' inside walls, and how a female's insides have a coating of spores that we've tested in our labs to find harmless. However, they do seem to react to egg shells, so it's likely that females use those to ensure that their young have the symbiotic fungus attached to it.
