Subscriber Update #2 - March 2017

Dear friends,

As our community on Patreon grows, we owe you another huge THANK YOU! We’re in “Beta” mode on Patreon, so please let us know if anything isn’t working the way you expected or hoped.

Patreon is an opportunity for our listeners to support what we do directly, via a monthly subscription. We plan to use this support to connect with and serve our community of listeners, and to evolve our podcast. This e- letter is a piece of that connection.

Our mission is to give you an extraordinary meditation experience, transforming lives through meditation. With this podcast, we intend to share some of the incredible gifts that we have experienced in our lives.

Patreon Rewards

We have tweaked our Patreon rewards. Basically, we’ve lowered the tiers slightly, to give better rewards at a lower subscription level. We also plan to add more good stuff, as it become available.

We appreciate you, and we hope you feel appreciated. If you don’t receive a subscriber reward, or if you feel that your reward was not what you expected, please message us on Patreon and let us know! We also welcome any suggestions.

Beyond the Headphones

We meditate, we feel good, ... now what?

Beyond the Headphones is our segment that offers an opportunity for action outside of the meditation experience. We look at it as a chance to show kindness — to ourselves, to others, or both.

Traditionally, March is a season of planting. The end of winter, looking forward to a new supply of food for the year. Planting seeds is an act of faith: we plant, we water, we wait. Eventually this can lead to a lush garden, but day-to-day the changes are barely noticeable.

Have you been wanting to create new growth in your life? New creativity or new inspiration to feed the soul? New friends or deeper relationship connections? New/better business or job opportunities to literally put food on the table?

This week, plant a seed: a flower, herb, or vegetable. If you live in the city, find something that you can grow indoors, or just outside your door. Basil or mint are good choices, and fairly easy to grow from seeds. Plant your seed, nurture it, water it, say hello to it each day.

When we plant, we can’t see the roots growing into the earth. We don’t see the leaves growing moment-by-moment. In your life, trust that the growth you seek is taking place.

Thank you

We can’t thank you enough, so thank you! And have a wonderful day.

Peace and Blessings,
Jesse and Jeane Stern
