Today I want to share with you a different post about my daily lifeπ
As you maybe already know I work out a lot at the gym(4 times a week) and also work there until late. So, I don't have a lot of time in the morning to make elaborate meals but there is no reason to not eat healty and nutritive meals πͺ
One of the easy meals I prepare for lunch is the one shown in the photoπ I used whole wheat pasta with cherry tomatoes, vegan frankfurt and pesto sauce! You can use your favorite pasta, change vegan frankfurts for chicken and add cooking cream! Just put in a pan first the protein (chicken, frankfurts) with a bit of olive oil, then add the cherry tomatoes and the pesto sauce (salt and pepper to taste). Mix all together and include the boiled pasta! Et voilΓ ππππ
If you are in strict diet, you can change the pasta for gratted zuchini and it will be delicious too!
As you can see it's easy and nurtitive!! π€
