I'm working on it too and have been having success with the book "The Tools: 5 Tools to Help You Find Courage, Creativity, and Willpower" by Phil Stutz and Barry Michels. It's the therapist from Jonah Hill's therapy movie. J Hill in the movie isn't so great, but his therapist is amazing, so I can see why he made a movie about him.
