A goal of mine this year is to stop tipping on things where no tip is needed (paying at the farmer's market for example, or getting a slice of pizza). Or just doing the custom $1 - $2. I don't want to be a prisoner of iPad flip-around guilt anymore! I will just have to suck up what they might think about me. I've done it a few times already and did feel bad like you said at first, and now I'm like F it.

And I was just visiting my parents this week, they're now divorced but at BOTH of their houses they now have AC and yet they both refuse to turn it on most of the time! My brain just kept replaying the episode of Seinfeld where Elaine visits Jerry's parents and they refuse to put the AC on.
