I still think Sisari is pulling temporal strings here. She wants Niixa, she manipulated Lore into saving and bringing Neek back. And now this guy is displaying an active interest. Because what better way to put pressure on Niixa than by giving her lost Dad back, and then holding him hostage and threatening to take him away again permanently?
