I already know this show is going to be a mindfuck, but I’m here for it! Already have so many questions, and so much is going on in terms of plot and character relationships/dynamics! Just a great show recommendation, and I’m really looking forward to how things are gonna progress!

Yeah I saw that the show was older than 2019, so I was actually kinda surprised to know that they filmed their present in the future lol! It’s pretty amazing when a magic hour scene comes out so well! It’s a ton of work, like you said, for all involved, and it came out great! Hahaha yeah sometimes it’s kinda awkward, but strangely enough it’s only when it’s a really intimate scene. Like less tv sex, and more caressing and loving gazes between the couple. Almost feels like I’m watching a very private moment between two lovers, and I should turn away lol!

2024-04-30 23:56:04 +0000 UTCA little fun fact : the story takes place in 2019 but they filmed season 1 in 2016 ^^ I mentioned that the show is very well made and that the acting is also great. An example of that is at 11:23, with the entire breakfast/magic trick scene filmed in one single cut ! That's over 2 minutes of the camera going smoothly around the actors. And how stressful that scene must have been for the actors, if they mess up they have to do it all over again ! I just think it's so cool that the director took the time and effort to do a scene like that :) I haven't watched the show in years but I'm pretty sure there are a lot of sex scenes, so be prepared to feel uncomfortable xD It must be so awkward reacting to shows/films that have sex scenes ! It's like when you're a kid and you're watching a movie with your parents and there's a kissing scene or sex scene and it's...awkward ahah

2024-04-11 22:14:55 +0000 UTCI'm so excited you're finally watching Dark :D And to anyone who hasn't watched it yet, I highly recommend it ! It is the most brilliant, well-made show I've ever watched ! The story, the acting, the ost, the cinematography... It truly is a masterpiece of a show It's not the kind of shows I'd rewatch many times though, because I'd have to be in the right mood for it ^^ However, right after finishing season 2 I decided to rewatch season 1, and then I rewatched season 2 and that's when I realised how brilliant this show is ! As you've guessed you'll need to pay attention to a lot of things, but what I recommend to focus on the most is remembering the characters' names (as there are so many !) and their relations to each other
