I liked this, but not nearly as much as the original. Don't think I'd make an effort to hear it again.

2025-07-19 03:53:45 +0000 UTCI find all kinds of music fascinating. My 7 year old brain was awakened in 1962 by The Beatles and my mother’s favorite singer Nat King Cole. We listened to everything from amateur singers on a local TV station who could not carry a tune in a tin bucket to Broadway’s finest voices. But I’ve realized over the past couple of years how limited my exposure was to singers from other countries. Especially those who didn’t manage to invade us here in the US 😜 I’m learning a lot from your channel and enjoying it immensely. These two totally diverse artists are raw, yet appealing. 👍 Today I went down memory lane. I listened to Led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven and then to the cover performed by Heart at the Kennedy Center Honors show in 2012. Oh my, if you ever want to go down the Zeppelin rabbit hole, that’s a great place to start.
