Added 2018-08-30 22:55:35 +0000 UTCThis past month we had a ton of issues with declines (details in the email above). It looks like that can happen again, so per-emptively I'd like to ask everyone to be ready to have to address it.
Unfortunately this isn't something I can do - if your pledge is declined you will need to contact your bank to clear it, or change your payment method for your pledge.
Further, because Patreon has changed shit, you may see an international payment charge on your statement - that should be 3%, which for $5 pledges is 15 cents. Again, this isn't something I have any control over whatsoever, as it sounds like it's a bank thing.

Edit: In the future, the Commission Tiers of $30, $60 and $90 will be reduced to $29, $58 and $87 respectively to off-set this charge so that I absorb the difference instead of the patrons, this way you don't have to worry about paying more than the normal price.
The $1 and $5 tier will remain the same for the time being.
