You've seen this character before, it's Nemirath the Mirialan! You might not recognize her because of the red arm- wait, that's not right...
Because I did the lines in Clip Studio Paint instead of Photoshop! I bought the program ages ago and wanted to give it a shot, but I'll let you guys be the judge on whether you like it like this or want me to go back to the usual PS lines for the next picture! Let me know with a comment :)
