Mini Filament Spool

Every time you buy a new spool of filament you can print out a mini spool and grow your collection so you'll always have a reference for every filament you've used. These mini spools have enough room on the sides to add a small label so you can include information about the spool like brand, color name, and filament type.
The threaded design allows for these mini spools to be fully assembled without any adhesive!

2023-11-20 20:52:22 +0000 UTCThere's been a few different creators who have made their own designs for filament spools. Mine is much different than anything that currently exists. The design you're referring to is extremely small, about the size of a quarter. My design has correct proportions and is made to resemble a real filament spool. When you hold a piece of filament next to my model you'll see that the 3D printed filament is exactly the same size, making this model look like a real mini spool. My model was also designed so it has room to add small labels to each side to include information about the spool like brand, color name, and filament type. No other models on the market have the characteristics of my model.

2023-11-20 18:24:49 +0000 UTCWith rainbow filament you’ll need to print multiple in the same print to get every color in the spool. This will vary between different filaments as some change colors faster than others.
