I never thought about it before, but Roswaal really does have many similarities to Hector. That's who I'm assuming Puck was saying that Roswaal would never be like (you'll never be like that devil), "Hector, the devil of melancholy" I think is what he was called. You mentioned before that Roswaal's manner of speaking was just like Hector's, and so are his clothes. I wonder what the connection is there.
