Any idea why your videos can't be viewed on the Patreon app for android? It just says "Unable to view." If I log in on patreon on my phone browser instead I can play them. Something about how the app deal with Vimeo compared to chrome?

Hard agree with this take. The King relying on Pitou in this critical moment, with absolute sincerity touched her in a manner that she probably didn't understand. So she welled with emotion, even though her face remained unchanged. Pitou has already been well aware of the King changing up till this point, she mentioned it to Pouf confirming what he had been noticing. Yet she seemed completely unbothered by this fact, to where Pouf has been clearly distraught by it.

Neferpitou's the only Royal Guard who has never shown open hostility to Komugi; Pouf obviously did, and Youpi did so for strictly pragmatic reasons. It would seem odd to me then, to make her of all them, be the one to witness the King's care for Komugi and make her cry in despair because of it. In fact, the way she accepted the King's previous order to watch over Komugi and "deal with any threats immediately" without question or even self doubt, seems to imply something else is going on... I really like how Togashi messes with character personalities. Shoot's experience being scared and thinking himself "weak" was exactly what allowed him to appreciate what Gon did, and absorb strength from it; meanwhile, the usually focused Knuckle is frozen stiff because of his own experience, and the sudden introduction of an unprecedented opponent. Shoot is now the hyper-focused one, and Knuckle has been shaken. Also, I've heard some people theorize that the staircase scene was deliberately timed to be roughly one "turn"'s worth of time in a tabletop game like D&D, meaning about 6 seconds. I think this theory basically just comes from Togashi clearly liking game systems, and how the narrator does totally come across like a DM here.

I think Pitou 's tears were because she saw the king had changed, but not necessarily out of sadness. Going back to the episode where the king gathered the guards together to ask about his name, Pitou was the one who suggested that the king's feelings matter the most with regard to selecting a name, as opposed to Pouf who was all like you don't need a name because you're a ruler. So Pitou is more in touch with the king's emotions and would be more likely to accept it if the king changed. So I think it was probably more just overwhelming for Pitou, as opposed to tears of sadness or joy. People interpret the tears differently though, there's a lot of good ideas

I interpreted Pitou's tears differently. Prior to his order to heal Komugi, the King had little regard for the royal guards. They were, at most, servants to order around, and, at worst, annoyances to be put down. For them, the King is the most valuable being. Pitou just witnessed the King tenderly placing an injured Komugi before her, "an act of love" according to the narrator. For him to tell her that he is "counting on [her]" to heal Komugi, a person whom he values, elevates her from a mere servant to someone essential to him. Pitou may have even felt his love for Komugi indirectly reciprocated to her. As an ant embedded in a hierarchy, to have such worth to the King caused her to cry, a reaction most foreign to her. Hence, the blank expression on her face as tears rolled down. Pitou, as far as we've witness, is savage and unrelenting. This tearful reaction from the King's order is key to understanding her future actions.

I interpreted the tears as her feeling the King’s emotions. Could be completely wrong though! Great reaction as always
