2022-03-02 04:02:26 +0000 UTCspicy food/soup and like a ton of vitamin D. people usually say to take vitamin C but vitamin D is actually much better for your immune system and can knock sickness away real quick. My doctor recommended taking like 10,000 - 30,000 IU per day for three days when you feel sickness coming on
