There are actually two "final" things you have to watch. First, the two-episode OVA/Special, "The Semi-Final"..... and the real ending is the movie, "The Very Final."

2023-02-14 15:09:15 +0000 UTCYeah 20 episodes and that movie, which is hella epic. The only anime that filled the void Gintama made in my heart was One Piece. It really depends on how much time you spend with the cast and that one gave an even stronger attachment while storywise it is more coherent. Still, Gintama will be a special one forever.
