When I think of Avatar I think of this episode. I always loved it as a kid. The concept is so adventurous, a hidden library in the desert guarded by an Owl-spirit librarian. Then you're left with the cliffhanger of Appa being stolen. I think I also loved it bc we coincidentally learnt about owls recently in school science class when it first released, so that + this episode gave me a childhood fascination with owls. Love it.
