I have no idea why it's doing that, I would ask if you have an ad blocker because YouTube has been slowing down accounts that do but this video shouldn't have ads. Is it JUST this video or all the others, because a lot of people have trouble with this one

It could be your connection, does this happen with any other videos from other channels? (also i had a similar problem when I didn't update my ad blocker) (even though i took the restriction off, sometimes youtube keeps it on anyway sigh, patreon really needs their own web hosting)
