Saturday update September 27

The last for September it seems!

I’ve had a kind of slow week when it comes to recording, mostly because of seasonal allergies. I tell ya, if the weather changes even 5 degrees suddenly I get the sneezies!

I did start recording Ren’s endings in Boyfriend to Death 2, I may split this into parts like the others because 3 endings still turned into an hour long video. I want to try and record/edit in a way that streamlines it a little so there is less repetition but so you can still follow the endings. So far it’s really interesting that the majority of Ren’s endings leave you alive. I wonder what this means about him? And what does it mean about Fox in the game The Price of Flesh?

I know it’s not super popular but I have one more video on “Outcore” scheduled for Sept 29th. It WOULD be the last episode and finish up the game but I just couldn’t beat the final boss no matter how hard I tried. So when I get the time and the nerve to try again and win, I’ll make a video on the ending.

After OUTCORE I’ve got part 3 of Sacrarium Pario scheduled and in that episode there’s a small cameo from our frost boi Heimos as well as the other living gods mentioned! But also I’m starting to suspect that Violo and Vivere are warming up to the player now. I haven’t recorded part 4 yet so I don’t know what happens next, but I think the poop will hit the fan soon!

After that I have a Palworld video scheduled, I know it doesn’t get a lot of views but I truly love this game!! Plus this video is very old and I want to get it out there. And after Palwolrd I’ve got the “edited for youtube” version of Teacher’s Pet! Poor editor me, that’s probably why I’ve been so drained, haha, carefully editing THAT video to make it less spicy!

I wanted to wait till I finished the thumbnail for “My husband plays Your boyfriend” before I made it public and now it’s finished! But I want to get these older videos out beforehand. Youtube has this new thing where you can upload up to 3 different thumbnails to test and see which one gets more clicks, so I’ve been trying that out for a few videos. The thumbnail I like the most is the one I drew but I’m also testing one that just has the Your Boyfriend title and the words “My husband plays”.

I did the same thumbnail test for my Indigo Park video. The thumbnail with Molly Macaw got slightly more clicks.

Currently I am editing Ren’s video with the first three endings you can get, a short game by Melancholy Marionette called “The Shuddering”, the prequel game to You and Him called “Cain” about Adam’s bandmates, and part 2 of A demon’s delight. This video probably won't be too gory for youtube in the long run but i don’t know, I’ll have to ponder on it. It most likely will only be on the adult patreon.

In my list of games I want to try and record, “To eat a god” just got a nice update and there’s more about Nulla there so I’m excited for that! I want to do another Bewitching Sinners video and give the headmaster a nice dip in the drink hehehe. “My assassin bodyguard” is the Toji fangame now that I’ve finished the Gojo one, can’t wait to see what happens there hehe! I really want to play “Black Box the merciful sinner”. It seems to be a demo, but one look at the (i assume) antagonistic love interest will tell you why I want to play this game, heheh. I also need to record more Sacrarium Pario so that there isn’t too much time in between episodes. There’s also a smattering of interesting games I have stored away but these are the ones I want to try and focus on. And of course if you come across any VN that you’d like to see me play let me know either here, in a comment on my channel, on social media, etc. You guys have really helped me find some amazing games.

In other small news, I've got a bunch of tomatoes growing in my garden and finally one of them has turned red! I’ve been trying to take care of my health and mobility since I’m sitting so much so I’ve been trying to get a 20min walk in every day, I’m 2 days in! I hate it LOL! But you gotta move it or lose it. Plus I made a really neat dinner last night of rice AND broccoli in the rice cooker, boiled eggs, sardines, and a tiny bit of soy sauce! Remember, your health is super important.
