Saturday up date October 19

Editing the video for MOUTHWASHING really took a lot out of me, whew! This 3 hour video took about 3 days to edit and render if I wanted to get it out when I did. Also, it may be hard to notice but my husband’s mic was louder than mine so I had to lower the audio every time he opened his beautiful mouth. But overall it was a fun video and I hope you guys enjoyed it! The video also took a toll on my editing program (power director) because it started to chug when I got up to an hour of edited video. So I had to edit an hour then render that and then glue it all together in one video, which isn’t so bad, I’ve had to do that before.

I still haven’t gotten to the other Jujutsu Kaisen games because I wanted to get more spooky month videos out. Spooktober is a huge game jam on itch. Io where most of these games come from and at the beginning of the month hundreds of cool games for the season were uploaded. I may be playing halloween games up to christmas! (which might be a fun seasonal thing to do, hmm)

One such game though has TESTED my limits on GORE! Whoo boy is it VIOLENT! It’s called “Give Evil a Face” and you play as a detective tracking down an almost supernatural serial killer. You’re led to a mysterious and illegal party with a whole slew of suspicious characters. The art is gorgeous and detailed, maybe a bit TOO detailed, like this artist really knows how to draw a mutilated body clenched teeth emoji. So I might make a censored and uncensored version, the uncensored being on the adult patreon because at some point it’s just too much. I dare say it’s so brutal that it makes me hate Strade a bit LESS!

I also recorded the last video for SACRARIUM PARIO since it’s where the demo ends. There’s a big reveal in the story that makes me super excited to see what happens next! I hope people aren’t disappointed that I don’t want to go back for the other choices, I think many of the other paths aren’t quite finished, but if they update the game I’ll gladly play it again. Hopefully the developer will see how excited people are for their game and get inspired to work on it more?

I just finished playing a game called Prescription: LOVE, also a demo but a very beautiful one, and it has my favorite kind of character, a lovestruck, overbearing doctor♥ I think I should make a playlist of all the games I’ve played with lovestruck Doctors.

I’ve also recorded the games “Mr’s Adrian's mansion is creepy” and “victor’s aesthetics”.

Editing wise I've almost finished Unum’s route in “to eat a god”. It’s hilarious because Unum’s experiment is that he wants to make a hybrid baby…with the player! It’s actually very sweet and I also got the ?good? Ending involving the knife!

As for videos that are ready and scheduled, there’s the after stories from Titan Arum, the censored version of part 1 of Ren’s route from Boyfriend to Death 2 (the uncensored was already on my adult patreon weeks ago), The Shuddering: a short kinetic vn by Melancholy Marionette, and “You and Him: Cain”. The dates for these videos might get shuffled around but as of right now that’s what I have scheduled. 

And one last thing, an idea I was talking about with a good friend. A ranking video of the scariest characters I’ve ever encountered in all the VNs I’ved played! I’d always say Niall from Parasite in Love was the scariest but Louhi from Infectious Doctor is waaay scarier! I don’t want to rank “the best yandere” or characters that I like more over others because I really don’t want any developers to feel self conscious or disheartened. I was also thinking a ranking of characters who’ve actually made me mad would be fun. Which is worse, Austin from Lurking for Love or Teo from 14 Days with you? But for now, I have a LOT to edit and a LOT to record!
