Saturday update Nov 9th

And this update snuck on my again! If you want weeks to feel like they've flown by the start making weekly updates every Saturday LOL!!

There's not much of a change from last week's update. Right now I'm still working on a lot of games that I'm excited for. 

I just finished recording TKATB and am 4-5 hours into recording Sacrarium Pario. Every time I think this demo will end, the story keeps going and pulling me deeper! I may still break up Pario into maybe two videos because it's actually so long and so much happens but ideally I want to have it as one huge episode! I love these two, the end of the demo is probably one of the sweetest relationships I’ve ever seen!

I've made some progress in Homicipher, I can't believe how attached I've grown to Mr Crawling, I might make him an official husband! If you have the means to, I'd highly recommend playing it! Scary as it seems it's so much fun to finally understand what these characters are saying and getting to know their personalities beyond “scary monster”. Also I've noticed that you can click on things that don't have a little prompt on them. So far I've gotten one ending, a ‘happy end” but it's without Mr Crawling so it's not that happy. I may definitely need to break Homicipher into a few videos since it looks like there are many many endings!

I haven't started Predators Syndrome yet, I'm so excited to hear all the new voice work, and with Pyhmalion’s Folly, I only recorded about an hour.

I really want to focus on Pario and TKATBs update first.

I've had some trouble recording that Toji JJK Fan game, I lost about an hour of recording and I think I understand why but also sometimes the game itself doesn't open. It was very frustrating so I put the game up for a while, and also a few other games use the same game engine whatever it is so I have to be careful I don't mess up an entire recording!

Man, being a YouTuber is hard. It's stressful, it's unpredictable, and can really, really be bad for your mental health. But it's also so rewarding. The feeling of sharing these cool games with all of you and connecting and reading your comments as we all gush over a character together is an indescribably wonderful feeling. You all make this so worth it.

I’ve started testing thumbnails with my face on them, I’ve always felt a little bothered putting my face on my thumbnails, the game itself should be drawn enough. However if I want mine to stand out as “mine” there’s nothing more unique than my own face. I’ve always struggled with self confidence but after doing my hair in a way I’ve always wanted to and dressing how I like, how I think about myself has greatly improved! I took a bunch of “headshots” in an outfit I really like, to cut out and put into a few thumbnails. No one really knows exactly how this algorithm really works, but I realize that I myself react more when I see the face of the person in the video. 

My “Tender lovin’ cannibal” playthrough did insanely well! I haven’t had a video get that many views so fast in a LONG time! I was super excited! And continuing on my journey to get the BIG YOUTUBE SHINY, we’re at 38,900 subscribers!!! AAAAAAAA!!!!♥♥♥

But I don’t want to leave my adult patreon hanging! I’ll try and replay the JJK Toji game because the “scenes” in that are very nice, hehehe. I also need to get back to getting all of Ren’s endings in BTD2 and then figuring out how to get to FOX in The Price of Flesh. I’d also like to play more “A Demon’s delight”, there is something so “charming” about that game. It reminds me a little of Loveless Biker Boys which I also enjoyed! And I still have to play the last two routes of Cute Demon Crashers cuz I think we all need some tenderness after “What I wouldn’t Do” hahaha.

But I’m working hard, talking to people again, and really coming out of my shell! Youtube may be stressful but I think making this channel on a whim and leap of faith was the best thing I’ve ever done!
