New Interface For Better PVP Sneak Peek

I'm working (probably finished) on a new interface for the Better PVP mod, which temporarily displays the tooltip of the currently held item. The interface will be turned OFF by default. The screenshots show the position of the interface in the "classic" preset. It is fully customizable like for the other interfaces though. Don't mind the weird set of items :)
