Alrighty boys and girls! This is where I’m at after abusing my body with sweats and heavy foods! Not much working out going on recently but I’ve been doing alright and getting back at it! I will say, sitting around for a few days eating, wow do you feel it when you get back to the gym! I have felt very sluggish and heavy after that, it really makes a huge difference in how you feel. Good reminder to want to feel good and healthy! Makes working out much easier.
Today was back and chest, it was simple! The way I like it. Every time I work out I keep wanting to create more fitness content and especially for beginners so that is a new years goal of mine. I did volume on my chest today which i haven’t done in a long time. Usually just do one or two pressing movements with heavier weight. Today I did flat bench 8-10 reps with decent weight than superset that with push ups 10 reps. And did that for 5 sets. Damn that burns! That how I used to workout chest when I was starting out and I’m kind of enjoying the volume again!
