How does everyone feel about Red?

I like that she’s not in the story too much, like we get the perfect dosage of red. Her personality is the perfect balance when combined with the other characters in the story. Red is the perfect tsundere, although it does really suck to see how drained Mica is looking these days. Only once have I felt like red gets a BIG no and that’s at the end of the previous episode but then she got a BIG yes for letting Mica know what was going down so overall in that one episode, she got a meh from me lol

I too agree and I like all the characters are portrayed and yes that in clues the ones that are not so good people but with out them the story would no doubt would be different I really love this story. Even a nicely written complex character like Red who seems to be finding a Middle Ground of the to?

I couldn't agree more with this. I do find this whole relationship between Mica and Red to be fascinating. Then again I find all the world building of this series fascinating. In terms of Red specifically she does seem to be regretful at points, maybe Mica's humanity is rubbing off on her? I do really like whatever transition she is undergoing and I look forward to learning about her background, how she came to be locked away in the mirror for example.

Personally I like Red. She started off as a self-serving demon only interested in getting what she wanted aka to either escape or complete the ritual and do whatever happens with Mica, I'm guessing full on possession of body and soul, but who knows? However, over time she has grown attached to Mica, to the point that she now has her own nickname (Munchkin) and Red has actively looked out for Mica, both in terms of getting her out of trouble via the car crash and otherwise helping her deal with issues that come up, like the skeezy magician or Avery. Her current relationship with Mica is complicated, and I get the feeling that something is going to go horribly, terribly wrong soon that will require Red to do something drastic to save Mica, either by more fully possessing her and risking Mica's mind/soul being damaged or just some other tragic action. That or Red is going to end up killing Avery because she hurts Mica, like she almost did the last time they interacted. Also while looking back to re-read that scene with Avery, I just realized that Red is a LOT more solid and real. Which I know Mica commented on, but still. That can't be good....... Personally I really do think they are going to merge, sorta like how Liv is with whatever is inside of her, but in a more positive way. HOWEVER, regardless of all my theories, Red is a complex, well realized character that has gone from Central Antagonist to reluctant-friend of the protagonist, kinda like Vegeta from DBZ (started out main villian, became reluctant ally, etc.) I love her very much and cannot wait to see how her story continues!!!

Red needs to steal the the body of the strawberry hair crazy, psycho lady, then she can properly compete for the protagonists like the tsundere that she is. Thats just my personal headcanon though. :3
