Every now and then I get a message from someone who is coming to Sydney and interested in working together. When Bob messaged me, there was no way I was going to say no.

Bob is from the US and involved in the military in something related to physical training and as you can see, he's not one to subscribe to the philosophy of "those who can't do, teach". He clearly "can do" and does on a regular basis.

Being fit and in spectacular shape is pretty much his life and it shows. When we did this shoot 5 years ago, Bob was 55 years old. Seeing recent posts on Instagram now that he's 60 years old, the only change in his body is that he has acquired some huge tattoos in the past few years.

We did a two part shoot the day we worked together, and Muscle Beach was the second part of that shoot. We had some gloomy weather and the beach wasn't looking it's best but I don't think anyone is looking at the beach.
