The places...
Added 2021-12-23 00:54:42 +0000 UTCThere are a million places I'd like to photograph my models but time constraints and accessibility mean that sometimes you have to be a bit cheeky with where you do the shoot.
This shoot was back in 2012 for my Freedom exhibition and I knew I wanted the model, Leigh to be doing yoga on a cliff overlooking the ocean and for some reason I decided that the cliffs next to the golf course right next to Sydney's most famous beach would be a perfect spot for the shoot.
Luckily I was proven right in my thinking, as I have before, that if you are early enough and relatively discreet you can get away with it almost anywhere. The greenskeeper of the golf course looked a little confused when he went past on his buggy but no one else saw anything.
Over the years I've done shoots on beaches that aren't nude beaches, in car parks and in public pools. It's all about timing.
