When Robbie Manson, Olympic rower for New Zealand reached out and said he wanted to work with me when he was in town, I didn’t believe it. After nearly a year and the Paris Olympics, Robbie arrived in Sydney.
It was such a privilege and a joy to work with Robbie. Beautiful, down to earth and happy to be creative, we started with a very classic black and white look for this series. Culling the good shots to a manageable list was a tough challenge. Of course, my lovely Patreon subscribers get some extras.
This was a week after the Duo 4 shoot of Robbie with the gorgeous Jim. Working with Robbie would have to be one of my favourite photography collaborations over the years. I've had lots of great experiences and this was right up there.
