Back in 2007 I really wasn't shooting very often but every now and then I'd meet someone and work up the courage to ask them to model for me. Pete was one of those guys. I have no idea how we met but since my file has his screen name on it rather than his last name, it seems likely it was on Gaydar or something. Anyone remember gaydar?

This location is one that I'm going to go and check out early tomorrow morning. It is an old school changing pavillion next to a beach in one of Sydney's more affluent harbourside suburbs. I had plans to do a shoot there a year or two ago but the pavillion and the shore front were all closed for major renovations.

I'd love to do another shoot there and I have heard it's just reopened but I need to go and look at it before I commit. It was one of those beautiful old spaces with changing areas and seats all around the four walls, a small shower area with I think 3 or 4 shower heads in a row and the whole thing was open to the sky.

Tomorrow morning I'll go for a drive and have a look. I've also been told about a nice area around on the rocks overlooking the harbour at the same spot so let's kill two birds with one stone.
