抱歉各位，我再次特么得流感了。伴随着年龄增长，身体素质出现明显下降，所以为了健康着想，我每天会坚持至少40分钟有氧运动。但不知为何上次锻炼结束之后，全身突然酸痛并且出现低烧，大概率我是中奖了。如果我记得没错的话，这已经是一年内第二次感冒。请允许我休息数日，下次更新不得不延期一段时间。请谅解，目前新版本只剩下一些收尾工作。

Sorry, guys, I got the flu again. Along with the growth of age, my body constitution became weaker. So I had to get some exercise every day at least 40 minutes.
