I've changed the payment stuff to per-submission just because I want to pause patreon entirely and that's the only method I'm really aware of doing so.
Be aware that I'm not going to charge anything anymore, for anyone. No submission will actually charge you from now on until I get everything sorted out.
I'm sorry everyone, I'm going to work on fixing this clusterfuck so everyone is happy again.
