Been a strange month, amigos. Ye Olde Day Job suffered huge staff shortages (fired two ladies yesterday for getting into a cat fight, bringing our losses to 4), so I've been pulling overtime and training newbies at once. Still, I can't make excuses for falling short creatively, so since there's no comic update for April, there won't be a charge to patrons. I do have thumbnails drawn and 10-18 and 10-19 rendered, and will be working on p. 18-21 through the beginning of May.

What HAS been accomplished:
- Finished $5 patreon rewards for the season (example: see above) - Thank you guys again!
- Continued Saturday morning art request streams - These have been pretty fun. We have a bot for lottery-style free drawings as well as memes and faffin' about. I would like to do more art streams, my work schedule permitting. Maybe once all the rookies are trained up.
- TPC: boarded 10 shots for scene 6.

- Started two paintings for charity prizes - 'tis the season. I used to submit prints to RTSideQuest for their charity auction years ago, and I almost forgot how fun the whole process is (not to mention, y'know, for the kids n' stuff.) I'm working on two posters that I'll be sending off to different, non-RT-ish events this summer, but still in the spirit of some of my favorite things. The first one's already painted:

The other one's Chrono Trigger flavored, and I'll be sure to show you guys and give more details about the events once it's all sorted.

I do miss painting fanart, y'know? I haven't done things in this style in quite a while. This Star Fox piece isn't very imaginative (I just manipulated/painted over some screencaps), but felt like a good warm-up to get back into things. I might try some more artful/experimental things on the side, like I used to post on DevArt.
