:COMM: Sisters Walk

As every week, I have a new commission to show you :D This time, it's for :iconpuffydearlysmith: and they wanted me to draw these two OCs Ruby Shimmers (left) and Raspberry tart (right) having a nice walk in a local park together :D
This traditional commission was super enjoyable to make actually since it's been a while I got commissioned for traditional artwork :) I enjoyed laying the colours down with all these different coloured pencils to mix their pink-ish coat colours into this environment, adding green and bloe highlights that resemble the sky and the grass, as well. It might have been a little difficult to differ between the different colours of them, i apologize for that, but I tried, I swear XD
What I find even more interesting is the fact that the left character is pregnant while the right mare, a filly perhaps at the same age as the CMCs now, is just a little chubbier. Was interesting playing around with different body features.
I really hope you like this piece. I can say I am quite satisfied with the result and I want to thank the commissioner for it :D It was a pleasure working with you ;)
