Animal Crossing

Hello everyone!^^

I've planned on drawing some important Animal Crossing Characters for my favourite heros/characters from video games/movies in my traditional mini series, but since I couldn't decide on which ones to draw, I just drew some of the major ones featured in this game franchise :D Plus, these ones here are also featured in the newest game, Animal Crossing - New Horizons, so it only fits the moment :D

Everyone talking badly about Tom Nook is more or less understandable, regarding he is pretty much focused on money and expanding your house to a friggin mansion, haha, but I guess little did they know, he has a sad backstory in a way, that he lost a lot and actually earned his wealth on his older days. But ok, I get carried away XD I like Tom Nook and he always was an important part of the game for me. Once Timmy and Tommy came in, I was in awe, thinking they're absolutely cute and follow in their uncle's (?) paw prints pretty well!
Blathers (who has a much cooler name in German if you ask me :P ) always has been a character I adored due to his personality and design^^ The Able sistsers have been kinda strange to me, yet I sorta liked them and since I know their tragic backstory, they grew to me even more. 

The new character, our cute little blue Dodo over there, is an incredibly awesome design, I just love it xD It's been fun drawing him and I can't wait to get to meet him in the actual game^^
Last but not least, my favourite characters of all: K.K. Slider and Isabelle. Boy, I ship them once Isabelle mentioned in New Leaf that she is a huge fan of K.K. and started blushing. Since K.K. is a cool dude, a smart dog with a big heart, I can see them both as a couple and kinda wanted to show that in this piece, him laying his arm around her softly while giving that smug face hehe :D I can't explain, but K.K. has been my favourite, even my crush for a while ever since I played City Folk when he first gifted me a wonderful song. Yep, I love K.K. and his music^^

Anyways, wayyy too much about the characters aside (sorry XD) I just LOVED working on this piece, especially with Brushmarkers! It's been such an enjoyable process and I really hope you can see that I went all out on it. It's important to me to show how much this franchise and its characters mean to me. I need todraw more of them XD I am more than absolutely satisfied with the result!
