:COMM: Waiting for her Crush

Hello everyone^^

This cute commission is a gift from @WhiteFeather0 to @Novaintellus of their OC Melodia excitedly lavitating a Mistletoe and waiting in the light of a street lamb for her crush to arrive^^ Nawww, such an adorable theme!

It's been a while since I've drawn anthro characrer digitally and I must say I felt confident with this one^^ With her pose and expression, I felt like she was looking very cute and expresses the feeling of being nervous yet happy while waiting for her beloved one/crush out in the cold just fine. A challange probably was it to find a fitting background, which I decided to then turn into a city skyline far away, adding some fog to make the piece look extra cold and only the character herself carrying the Christmas spirit and warm colours to contrast the big blue areas :) This gets underlined by the single warm light source.

Overall an enjoyable piece to work on and a result I am happy with. What do you think about this drawing?
