Added 2022-12-31 00:08:30 +0000 UTC- increased quality and performance of snow shader
- added physics (beta) on snow shader for peds and vehicles
- added snow effect on vehicles and tires, it doesn't replace dirt so vehicles can be both dirty and snowy at the same time
- added several optimizations on default ENB shaders
- updated screen Raindrops for higher quality
- added 'out of focus' blur and vignette effects on screen RainDrops for more cinematic look
- added brighter nights preset (visual presets)
- improved vehicle paint shader (beta)
- Updated distant lights and fixed other reported issues
