2023-10-05 20:16:07 +0000 UTCwow i dont get this - nobody said it wasn't ok to eat food ever - if anything they are so vocal about how important the right amount of nutrition is in each meal they eat for when they work out so hard lol they are literally being healthy and helpful honestly. i was very anorexic and am still recovering lol - relax everybody has different lives and journeys and struggles - their struggles and complaints are valid and rational too. it's not about being skinny its about being healthy... generally speaking - some people struggle with their control of being overweight - which it's always not healthy to be overweight - and some people struggle with their control of being underweight - which is also not healthy by any means... lol i've never struggled with being overweight but i understand their individual battle just like other people understand ours. if u cant tolerate it or are specifically triggered then tune out and be responsible for what you're listening to lol - it's not their responsibility especially as entertainers to be aware of every person's life story. - same perspective goes for tons of other examples u can use to compare - the way they talk about working out and getting healthy has only motivated me to eat nutritiously and bulk my body u at the gym to be healthy.

Coming from someone who had a severe eating disorder , it’s so sad to hear people think and talk like this - it’s okay to accept your body for what it is and not feel the need to change it all the time. It’s ok to eat food.
