there was no run, there was no "positives" barley enough competitive basketball for a breakdown so I went Hybrid

Especially over “jerking” JK around, treating him like a “robot”.

Chip Tingle

But ONE example… 2018, 28th pick - Jacob Evans, over: Jalen Brunson Mitchell Robinson Gary Trent Jr. Jarred Vanderbilt Bruce Brown De’Anthony Melton

deb m.

Alc and crew I see what Kerr coaching challenge is. He is too soft. He does not design aggressive rim attacking plays. He is a finesse guy. All of the players he down are alpha attackers or boarder line attackers. I belive you said Dennis would unlock the attackers

Dale Happy Knowles

Slater really sounded disgusted by the recent flip flopping on JK. And the bit about the FO constantly turning down guys because of Steve. He just sounded fed up.

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

Agreed. Myers plays a big part in this too. I remember Charles Barkley praising him for leaving that sinking ship. Like dude, Myers played a part in the ship sinking lol.

Crimson

Was he physically exhausted or just mentally checked out when he decided it just wasn't happening that night? I do think the severity of the loss might be causing too much doom and gloom. Obviously Schoeder is a good pickup but we're fooling ourselves if we think adding a 6 foot guard is solving all the issues -- I think Vucevic could seriously be the necessary ingredient, I'm not saying that out of being in denial.

Neal X

yes! I have never heard Slater that agitated with the team and Steve tbh

Athletic Alchemy

There are plenty of these 6'6 -6'8 athletic guys that can make a 3 and hold up on D.... but does kerr like them for the "system" You hear Anthony Slater on the last +/- He sounds super annoyed at Kerr

Athletic Alchemy

Its crazy! I bet you it starts getting written into contracts. No in season pods

Athletic Alchemy

to be clear, Im not saying it what we should do. But Ideally thats what is should be at this point

Athletic Alchemy

its ture! but im not gonna act like I was against it in the moment. Covid really hurt the scouting process

Athletic Alchemy

right it doesn't happen all at once with the greats

Athletic Alchemy

Im saying.. people are having a hard time seeing what is in front of them rn

Another move is coming no doubt

Fine, the other old guys have costars - how far has that gotten them? You’re gonna trade away your future picks to become the Lakers? There aren’t any easy answers.

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

Branden Edwards

37 year old Steph can't carry a team with no other top 50-ish players. That shouldn't be a surprise. The problem is why he was put in a situation where the offense cannot fuction at all without him. You pointed out the Grizz faceguarding him and him standing by halfcourt. That left the rest of the team to play 4 on 4 with all that space and they managed 15 points in the 1st quarter. That's embarassing. Getting a 2nd star who can have the offense run through them for portions of games is more important than ever. Because as much as we say Steph has declined, he still has high level basketball left in him, just not for 36 mins every night. The other old guys have co-stars in Booker and AD so they don't have to be the main creator/scorer every second they're on the court. Steph is surrounded by role players who he is expected to carry every night, and we act surprised he looks bad. This is a roster construction problem

Said Sharif

LaMelo + LaVar + Steve Kerr’s rotations…what could go wrong??

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

He was calling the Grizzlies and their coach soft. Cut to last night’s: 0-0-0 stat-line and -42 +/- 🤦🏿‍♂️

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

Consider all teams do this but GSW challenge is 1. Steph is the only Super Star who don't get SS calls. If he got just the average FTs that other SSs get, likely 80% of our losses would be wins. 2. STEPH on healthy knees can smoke all as a SG but without healthy knees as PG, he is a detrimental himself and the team. Bring in Jonas or Nikola and watch who quickly the team reenergizes to winning form. Basket ball is about balanced. Right now the team is telegraphically one dimensional.

Dale Happy Knowles

Alc, I was talking with my son the other day who as beeingbsayingbthhebwindow is closed on GSW from 3 years ago. I am still not there yet but what I would say is I 100% agree with you themat Steph don't have a Why. What we seeing from Steph is a lack of belief so why give it all while my knee is ailing. Remember Steph has already proven this year he can compete with the best so it's not a matter of talent or skills diminishing. My son says Kerr don't make appropriate adjustments. What I want to know is why has Terry voice become mute in the offense. Steph stretched the paint, now everyone sumthering the perimeter. Yhat mean we have to compete in the paint which we have no big men. Our number one priority right now should be to trade for Jonas (Washington) and/or Nikola (Chicago). Look at all the teams that balling. They have sharp shooter and big men who can and do play in the paint. Without, GSW pure sgmharp shitters, Steph, Biluddy and Waters can't reach their maximum capacity. Besides Steph, Wiggs, LK and now Dennis have the best chance at flourishing in today's Clyde the Clyde style of offense.

Dale Happy Knowles

Alc you mentioned Dray giving the Grizz bulletin board material, but I haven't been watching his pod. What did he say?

Major Powers

To center an entire system around a player and be a contender means that player has to be a top 3 player and play like that 90% of nights. If they don't, then the entire thing falls apart because EVERYTHING relies on that crucial variable. Without it, the equation falls apart because the rest of it is useless. This equation worked and got us 4 chips, we should all be grateful...bun unfortunately, Steph has aged out of being that crucial variable.

Sevrin Weiss

You spoke facts Alch. No way around it, the Chef looked cooked last night, as did Dray just with lower expectations. Throughout his career, Steph always had the tendency to lose focus even in the best of times, they would jump to a 30 point lead and then the showtime drag would come out, turnovers abound and they would let teams make it competitive. Now it just looks like prime Jordan Poole goofball anitcs, and one can see how he developed those unfortunate habits. I'm going to hope this humiliation will be a wake-up call, one where the season pivots to a new level of grit and determination. Lets see the petty King emerge in his righteous wrath, or we accept that this is the beginning of a eulogy for the dynasty that was.

Michael E

Your eyes are not lying to you. Yeah, our HEARTS want to see something different. And, yeah, Curry is going to have a few games in the future where his body feels good and his shot is wet and all the kiddies in the fanbase are going to LIE TO YOU and act like that game is the real Steph and everything else is a dream. But those mirage games are normal for a past-his-prime star. They can still show up in spurts. It's just that the spurts keep getting further and further apart.

Thomas Ogas

Agreed. Big L. I guess we have needed a big for some time, but given we were still trying to contend would have been better to trade for a solid proven piece rather than trying to develop Wiseman. Oh well... I just want the warriors to be competitive and play fun basketball to watch, not just this current shit show

Sunny Singh

I really second this. He’s been playing the long game properly

yan't get right

Think that’s all minuscule compared to the large systemic conversations. Kinda obvious now that even though there was renewed energy around the org and the fan base for the Schroeder trade, none of it addressed the big picture energy hole which is that our leaders are gassed, old and holding on to the spotlight

yan't get right

!!!!!

yan't get right

Thanks for the reality check, Alch. Delusion has become way too exhausting.

deb m.

Blowing it up would be the wise thing to do, but Dubs mgmt seems the most delusional of all - esp. Lacob thinking he can build a competitive team under the 1st apron. The franchise is valued at 9 frikkin billion $! Stop acting poor, Joe!

deb m.

I find myself getting resentful at Myers lately. He didn’t draft Steph, and outside of a couple good choices, it looks like his drafting/dealmaking was horrible. There really is nothing to build on now. Reminds me of the ‘10-‘14 SF Giants teams filled w stars from their own farm system - Posey, Cain, Romo, Crawford, etc., etc. Then, all of a sudden, no more drafted/homegrown talent. It was like, poof! the team couldn’t even break .500. The masterful architecture was all gone.

deb m.

Now we see what drafting James Wiseman 2nd cost us. LaMelo would be ready to be that guy. Shit even Haliburton

Kd127

You don’t trade for a fox you draft him

Jello Smooth

It did not feel that way the year after the championship when we all new we weren’t going anywhere and the two guys played over the youngsters, or when moody was benched to serve Klay a feelings during a game when Mo was the only hot player that could’ve been a confidence building game for him.

Jello Smooth

I am with you Alch. Just like Reggie Miller, the last few years, he came in as a sixth man but made real impact. let’s trade Draymond, Loon and even Wiggins for Bulter and Bam them we have a chance

Natto Santo

Fox will have leverage if he’s expiring, we have good assets , and I can’t see them letting him walk for free?

Stephen Jones

100 on the Draymond's podcast or any other current player podcast. Dray and WayoffP do these talk shows getting minimal engagement while sucking at what they're supposed to be talking about it, it's wild.

Draymond isn't even a good playmaker, dude makes the right pass but can't actually create a look for someone else, it's not what he does, yet gets the longest leash to continue to turn it the fuck over in the stupidest ways, Steph not much different but is asked to do way more for this team. Adapt or die, OKC figured out these DHOs and split actions in 2016. Why are we still doing the same shit. When it comes down in the playoffs or in tight game we are flustered, and it took Steph, Klay or KD to bail our system out time and time again, and you don't have that luxury anymore.

John Z

It’s tough to truly details of any deal, potential deal, deal fallen thru…each is a book unto itself.

Chip Tingle

:(

Cristian Vela

I missed this. Any links?

Chip Tingle

Great episode. I think you're right. Steph is no longer capable of carrying the team. He's hurt right now and probably shouldn't be playing. But even healthy, he doesn't have the ability to bring the show like he used to. He can still take over, and be the scariest guy in a playoff game; but not on a Thursday in Dec. It's the end of the Steph era. Kerr's system is outdated and outscouted and doesn't work against the personnel in the league today. Other teams have figured something out that Kerr will NEVER accept -- you can't field any one-way players unless they are dominating games – creating a gamebreaking advantage (Luka is the best example). Steve is all about specialists. Look at the rotation. Steph is offense only (now). Buddy is offense only. Loon is defense only. GP2 is defense only. Podz is effort/defense only (this season). Slomo is defense only. Dray is defense only (when he bothers to show up). These days every player on the floor needs to be able to hit open 3s, pass, handle, attack a closeout, finish, compete on defense, help and switch without giving up easy baskets. It's to the point where it's better to have a team full of B+ all-rounders than a team with any holes.

Mike Peterson

It’s funny because there’s still alot of the warriors fanbase tgat doesn’t think we have an offensive issue. Steph is not in his prime anymore. We have to to trade for a player (Vucevic) that can open up the offense and put up all star numbers any given night

Offtopic K

Hearing +/- crew attach all JK indecision to these serious questions about aging stars being cooked…tough realities and decisions surround this organization! If 2-9 continues thru January, I’m guessing there’ll be real talk of blowing it all up, including Steph, Dray, and Kerr.

Chip Tingle

Kings FO will not willingly give over Fox, no chance

Andrew Lee

I kinda think about what happened if Steph retired after that golden dagger.

Mike Gonzalez

Steph and Dray might be cooked

Diego

Does any trade fix this team? What happened to our defense, our energy is gone

Diego

I commented before watching. I agree with you. Steph is cooked. Therefore the "system" is cooked. The team is cooked. No trade fixes this unless its fucking Jokic. These Warriors are old, small, and checked out. The fucking Niners and Warriors man. Ridiculous.

Jansen E

Absolutely absurd that you dont even ACCIDENTALLY get a rebound with all the bricks they were throwing up.

Jansen E

Wasn’t Aldana the dude Draymond tried to rough up last season???

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

I think there are two main types of fans at work here. You have those who watch for the particular players like Steph and Draymond and would basically quit watching basketball when these people are done. And then you have those who watch because they want the team to have success. I'm on the side of wanting the team to win regardless of what they do or who they bench or whatever (don't get me wrong, I love watching Steph go off as much as anyone). But for the team to have success, we've seen glimpses of how it could look without Steph and without Draymond. Yes it will be a huge change and you can't play that Steph system anymore. But we need to adapt in order to have success. Teams are running circles around us because its a tactic that's been solved already. It likely will be very rough and there'll be a ton of losses and learning to be done. But if it means giving Steph less minutes or even him and Draymond coming off the bench in order to win, I'm all for it. There's nothing wrong with watching the sport in order to root for your favorite player though. But if we want the team to win, then stuff needs to be tried. Can't just walk the same ol' path forever and expect it to work the same way.

Tony H

How much of this do you think is on team chemistry after the Schroeder trade? It feels like the team is at a weird spot after having to remove Melton, who everyone liked, and also the need for a trade is another critique of Podz’s disappointing season so far.

Apple

We are trying to run the same sets as 2017 when we had a very different personnel, Shaun, iggy, mo buckets could get their own while living off of stephs and klay gravity, but now just take down steph, and we are not able to get anything going anymore.... Let's move the pot around, this is not only one move one big guy that shoots 3 and stretches the floor away from greatness... Let's get cooking and trading away....

gary garcia

For the past three years, Joe Lacob has been in an impossible situation. 1) both financially and emotionally, it would be insane to pivot away from Steph. 2) it would be insane for the franchise to trade away its future to build around stars in their late thirties who are already slowing down. That’s the type of thing that ruins franchises. When people vehemently criticize the FO, it’s usually because they’ve decided to put their head in the sand re one of these two competing forces. In the most cynical sense, he’s played these last few years beautifully (for his wallet, not so much for us): “Compete” just enough to keep Steph happy and the fans buying tickets, but really just hold on to future assets. The silent pivot.

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

I've just about had it with Kerr and the FO. I know he's extended to "go off into the sunset" with Curry, but I cannot STAND Kerr anymore. I understand Curry and Draymond being tired on a back to back. Or having 3 games in 5 days or something. But FOUR DAYS OF REST and thats what you shit out on the court? It wouldve been more entertaining to watch 42 minutes of Quintin Post get railroaded, because at the VERY LEAST, it would be a learning experience for him and we might even see flashes of his skill. This team is TINY. And we're supposed to solve being an awful offense AND defense with Vucevic??? Can someone explain to me how Vucevic solves the defense? I dont care if Vuc averages 25 and 10. If the other teams continue to get wide open 3s and shoot 70% for a whole fucking game, who cares what Vuc does on the offensive end? All of our young guys now are at an ALL TIME LOW in trade value, and so the only players other teams will want are Looney and Wiggins. And it will be COMICAL to give up those two and think we come out on top with Vucevic. This team is dead in the water and its just a damn shame these will be what the final Curry years look like.

Jansen E

yeah and we missed the playoffs last year. if the pattern holds... we know what the end result is

yan't get right

yo. this is sooooo true. really full circle

yan't get right

This is big time, Alc. Appreciate you saying this. Honesty of highest level fr. You really are a gift to your community. The "package deal" thing is always what it comes down to. Kerr can't adapt unless Steph adapts and Dray can't adapt unless Steph adapts and vice-versa. And the team can't adapt because they're all stuck together. And honestly, it's poetic because... Bob... Klay... they knew what it was and they exited stage left. That must have been hard. But it's all headed that way eventually. It's gonna suck, but it's closer to the end than it is to the glory days. Kinda funny that Memphis did it to us, real full circle. Me personally, I still have hope for STEPH CURRY: THE THIRD OPTION this year and next year. Just cardio and corner 3's bro

yan't get right

Fair point. I just think front office is the most to blame, but I hear you. Plenty of blame to go around.

Crimson

I love the moments when Steph turns back time as much as anyone. But it’s annoying when people act like his current inconsistency is a minor matter. Media folks love to say, “Steph’s still the same, he just can’t do it every night”. Well, that’s NOT the same. That’s the whole point. There are a lot of guys in the league who can look like Steph Curry on a given night. Steph Curry is Steph Curry because he looks like Steph Curry *every* night. And, through no fault of his own, that’s just not the case anymore.

Ejikeme Uzoigwe

Maybe we need Iggy back on the bench. He kept everyone accountable! But what he’s been airing out on Joe Lacob I’m not sure that’s even a possibility

Kahlil Baker

Nothing is “all on” anyone or thing.

Athletic Alchemy

I hear what you're saying Alc, and you bring up some good points, but ultimately, this is all on the front office and Joe Lacob. Time and time again since 2019, they've prioritized young prospects over Steph & Dray. No disrespect to JoKu, Podz, Moody, etc. they're just not that good or anything special. I do agree that often times these days, Steph looks like he can't rev his motor like you say, and I hate when he plays this passive off-ball hoop when we need offense from him, but at the same time, it's obviously so hard for a nearly 37 year old 6'3 guard to get going when he's the only threat on that end of the floor, while he's being top locked and doubled every play 30 ft. from the hoop. Management has had numerous chances since the '22 chip to get him help, and each time they'd rather keep their young guys. It's year 4 for JoKu. He's just not that good man. It's not a dig at him either, I like the guy, but he's just nothing special. Same with the other young guys. The front office would rather prioritize a mystery box of players that *might* be top 50 players in the league years from now, rather than building around an all time, pantheon level player in Steph. We shouldn't have even won the chip in '22 either. That's a testament to Curry's greatness. Had Poole not taken a leap, and Wiseman been healthy, we would've been a 2nd round exit that year. Joe Lacob was even on Iggy's pod that summer saying Kerr should've played JoKu and Moody more lol. Then the following year, Steph is objectively a top 3 player in the world (2023), and the best the FO does is trade back for an injured GP2, meanwhile since then, the roster has been full of young guys, no offensive threats, no size, mediocre defense, etc. and the present day is the result of all of this. Could've traded for Markkanen but wanted to keep Podz instead. Could've traded CP3 for Lavine and got a 1st round pick back, let him walk instead. So yea, I hear you, you make valid points (Kerr, Steph, Dray all take some blame for sure), but the big picture is Joe Lacob wants to win his way, which is by attempting to develop young players via a 2nd timeline, and that's what's costed them the most, and now? Well, might be too little too late. We added KD in the summer of '16 which added on years to the core's career, only for management to cancel all of that out by taking the route they have since KD left. 30 and Dray are exhausted.

Crimson

This is why I’m all in on Fox. It’s impossible to trade for a better player than Steph, or a player of that calibre because they’re mostly franchise players, and too old or expensive (in every sense). The move you need to make is to trade for a player who could/should be ‘better’ than Steph by then end of next season at the latest. Kerr loves small guards 👍

Stephen Jones

We been through this a million times. I remember when we thought Steph was having home problems because he was playing so shitty. I think the only way Steph shows his age is not being able to get it going for 82 games. He is so fiercely competitive that he will come around…I hope😂

Becky Lafrenz

It's not just the players and Kerr to blame. It's the GM and the roster construction. The year Poole was essentially forced out, they should have tried to rebuild the team around Curry. But they didn't cause they think they're the smartest guys in the room including Kerr.

Goku44

Steph is cooked. Lets just settle our expectations and watch an all time great go out on his sword

Andre Brooks

glad you didnt do this to yourself! still great video and honest to the bone!

Andreas Wiedemann

Regarding the youngsters - particularly Jk, Moody - Steven Covey talks about the P/PC principle: they never manage the assets correctly now frustrated that the production is not where they need it. Those two way journeymen production was at the cost of the PC of your actual long term assets. We boo’d when Dubs traded Udoh and Monte for a broken Bogut. Klay and Steph weren’t better than Monte then but the organization understood how the investment works. Hand the reins to a the skinny combo guard who can’t defend his position the. Support him with an oversized shooting guard and a real center - Thoughtful gamble invests align with the org goals - Them not investing in those two then telling them they were the future then did not align with the goals… despite the overwhelming wealth and success the organization wanted all the golden eggs now … And for this as a fan … Booooooooooooooooooooo -

Jello Smooth

They don’t have the size (pause) or the personal to truly compete. They can only play one way and when that’s not working they don’t have another direction they can go to win games. They aren’t as dynamic as they used to be. Sean Livingston, Iggy, speights, fetus, Ian Clarke!m, Bosa, They had a a great back

Warren Dean V

ALCH, way to make lemonade out of a a bag of lemons. Last night my brain just replaying the Fitz comments, "worst game of the year" "no two teams have shot this well from 3 ever" etc. It is that drop to the paint to "HELP" leaving catch and shoots with 10 feet + close outs just dumb strategy or dumb play because I think it is the "SCHEME" lets have Steph and . Dray double EDEY, guess what he is making a 4 foot hook even if 4 guys surrounded him, but doing this replay in my brain and then watching this breakdown you added something "What are they playing for" our last good game was beating Dallas at home and I know we had MELT but Steph got pissed and it didn't go well. He cannot summon that on demand sadly at 36. MJ stopped being able to do it nightly, it was their superpower. Mike created BEEF, Steph not that dude. Don't know anyone in the league got that kind of DOG in them anymore. Christmas V the Lakers might bring it out of Steph but being an Old Head bringing that Uber competition mindset gets harder and harder to do based on age. I also think the Olympics with 6 weeks of extra work robbed Steph of his rest. Your point of the system being for Steph, Loon, and Dray and the comfort and ease of that system for Kerr as well as them makes it impossible to change, add to this that we have no truly "Transformational" youngster who can't blow up the system and all we do is build a roster to accentuate Steph's talents. Like Chris Paul before him Dennis can bring new things to this offense maybe over this month or 42 days(till Feb. 1) we gel, develop, evolve, come together, and play the right way with an innovation and passion that gives us a glimpse of the 20 teen teams.

Anthony Berry

Alch, 6th man? Really? I’m not saying you’re wrong necessarily, but isn’t a bit early to be talking like that? His splits are right on par with what they’ve been these last 4 seasons or so. I get he looks different, energy is off, but he’s still a star and a starter on pretty much any team in the NBA, no? Stats alone tell us that.

G 2tha P

I agree. Last night it looked like he could no longer be the number 1 option.

E Perez

I think we have to admit this is getting more common. Usually tied to Steph or Draymond (in this case both) just not showing up.

Neal X

if steph and draymond cant bring it even 80% everynight .It is over.No matter who you trade for.Even when the roster was 12-3.They were not backpacking the team. The team has done everything to keeps the minutes light. What players on their salary.Play as low of minutes as they do.They just came of a long rest and looked old.

mr.bean

They got manhandled. I know it’s still early in the season but Steve should consider sending Steph and Dray to the bench. Ditch the motion offense and shorten the rotations. Give JK and Wiggs the keys and see if we can start games better. Otherwise I’m done.

Oak Doggy

I said what mainly what I wanted to say on the YouTube vid, but the Kerr haters can be happy, I'm sure he'll be retiring after his Warriors' tenure. Man is old and probably tired too, people forget that even a coach can get burned out and lose their hunger for the competition after enough go-rounds. The only thing that really made me truly mad about this game was seeing that the Grizzlies have not just one, but TWO big men just railing 3's on us without pause, and we've not been able to get a single big man who can do that for us. Absolutely go for Vucevic, enough f-ing around. And yeah, don't even do it to get "help" for Steph, literally do it because we need someone to be a star scorer for us if he can't be anymore. We don't really have a choice in the short term.

Neal X

The coaching & lineups are just inconsistent. Last week Kerr & Dray said JK needs to start & run sets for him …this week it’s bench him, & stuff him in the corner & run 2 man game

RockP

I feel like they have this atrocity at LEAST once a year. Remember the game in Boston last year on national tv. Putrid performance

Ruben Valce

the amount of gapping/helping Grizz were showing on drives was nasty. It not just the grizz.it is every team but the grizz especially are big and athletic. Everytime anyone beats the first man. They are meeting two.Teams dont respect draymond and looney.

mr.bean

As a longtime Dubs fan who who took Bart to the game, purchased the packaged games from the vendor hawking them infront of the arena … watched the dubs loose but was happy it was a good game and Jamison, Sura, or Joe Smith had a good game - then bought the bacon wrapped hot dog on my way out - I can watch Steph and Dray battle like Lions dispelled from there pride by younger, stronger, hungrier lions - it’s ok. Steph, Dray, Klay, Iggy - Mappagos. What I am more concerned about is going back to the aimless level of mediocrity. Aimless being the key word. Call a ♠️ a ♠️ = no shame in running the league for a decade and 4 chips. But the Olympics took what legs we should’ve had from this season … remember 22’ Stephen was injured the previous year. We had developed to youngsters Pool and Looney. 24 /25 - no rested Steph, no youngsters ready to be prime time. No Kawhai stimulus to rejuvenate old championship vets. It’s over and it’s ok… be smart from this point on.

Jello Smooth

that does not sound like steph. And this west he know he cant do that.

mr.bean

I agree with you. The analogy to how parents treat their kids is excellent. This is the content you are best at and that I'm here for. Well done.

e40

Is Steph is cooked or maybe he's just tired of cooking? Is this Steph's way of telling front office "you better do something?....and you answer better not be a 10m player" No harm to Dennis but he is not gonna carry us. We need someone to carry us every day and Steph will be happy to pitch in....if he sees everyone else doing their part.

KD

I'm pretty cold when it comes to guys getting older. I will always say George Bush the button. Honestly I wanted Klay for Scoot before the kid even played

Jim

Great video alch. I like how you criticize without being a doomsday-er like a lot of social media is with the warriors now.

nick deupree

Steph is already gassed . I knew this would happen when he played for team USA . And Kerr is not adding plays to get other involved. Literally everything we do is to get Steph going . Even the Schroeder trade . That was made to play Steph off the ball nothing else . If Steph need so much to be a good player than maybe he’s cooked in a way . We so worried about Steph that we have other guys that can play but we don’t run no offense for them and teams know that . Did you see the play when Steph was getting face guarded at the half court line and Draymond was at the 3 point line? He ran all the way backwards to dribble hand off with curry 😂😂😂 . This is a coaching issue , it’s a Steph issue , and it’s a your best players can’t or just not being allowed to play together .

Cameron Beamon

More to the point-Steph and his knees is possibly the biggest development-Alch you’re right. This knee tendinitis is one thing-the lack of engagement is another. Nothing lasts forever.

Paul Hanson

My idea is to gut the team I’m tired of this, I’m ready to see if it’s the players, Kerr, the system, or at most all 3 or even more. Fans want Jimmy then go ahead, don’t want Kuminga Moody or Pods be my guest, don’t wanna hear no complaints after, truthfully I do think it’s Kerr tho. Either way it go I know it’s something so start somewhere.

Sarcasm 360

I hate to say it but if Steph can’t be the man maybe it’s time for him to be the 6th man. Start jk see what we got.

Over help from the top of the key to the paint makes no sense, but this team thinks it has a purpose somehow. More lineup rearranging, Kerr gotta put this ego to the side and start Kuminga alongside Dray and a big, OR bench Dray again because I’d rather that than the turnovers. And Kuminga plays 3 minutes in the 2nd after being the only one trying to do something on offense and Dray in foul trouble getting cardio, Kerr still moved over JK and had to go to a 12 man rotation to do so, is this the best decision here?

That was so far the pinnacle ofWarriors ineptitude with Steph outside his rookie season. That was the absence of hope. At least for one game. The main thing is the effort and passion were non-existent. Just awful

Draymond 19 minutes, 0 points, 0 assists, 0 rebounds, 0 blocks, 1 steal, 4 turnovers, 4 fouls and -42. 1 emotional outburst. Priceless.

If Steph was cool with it would you trade Draymond? Is it already too late?

someone just force steph to spam on ball Pick and roll ATP. the off ball style doesn't seem maintainable with no shooters and with his age showing.

It’s time to call it what it is Draymond is the turnover issue, Kuminga start the turnovers go down Dray back and two quick turnovers. People complained about no defense with dray on the bench but I saw this as a two fold issue from the jump, you want less turnovers and better offense or defense that I’m starting to think is marginal? Starting dray again for this performance wasnt it and Kuminga did not deserve to basically not play after multiple 20 point games and good defense recently, expecting all the consistency in the world from a kid you do nothing but yank around and give no respect to.
