OIIIIIIIIIIII, what a fucking NIGHTMARE PROJECT with was… y’all probably already know that I hate styling wigs and this Alastor wig took me 5 DAYS OF WORK 😭 4 of those days were filled with thoughts like “Oh god, I don’t know if this is gonna work” and “fuck me and fuck this wig” 🤣 But I am extremely pleased with how this turned out, MUCH better than my last Alastor wig I think (I included an old photo for comparison 🙌)

I tried a bunch of new techniques with this wig, like crimping to add more volume and steaming to hold everything in place. But if you’re ever trying something new, don’t be like me and experiment when you have a hard deadline and if you fuck up you’re screwed 😅 Needless to say, I was NERVOUS during this whole process 😬

But I am very happy that I have lovely friends that style most of my wigs for me now, I’m always telling them how talented they are and that they deserve all the money in the world because GEEZUZ THIS IS SO HARD!! 😫 No joke, wigs need to look good from EVERY 👏 POSSIBLE 👏 ANGLE 👏 and I am terrible at wrapping my head around 3D spaces… my brain does not work that way AT ALL and the amount of time I spent just staring at this dayum thing second guessing myself is insane!! 🙃

Okay rant over… in conclusion: wigs are hard as dicks. I conquered this one, fuck it. I’m making 2 Alastor music videos for Halloween and I have 3 separate shoot days planned with lighting and crew and it’s gonna be a full production process cuz why? Cuz I can and I wanna 😤
