The above picture is one of Luthair and Volke. It was done a lot time ago, and the artist was very passionate about the piece. I think I've shown it off before, but very infrequently, since technically it's inaccurate. o.o

My plans for Father's Day...

My father died when I was 4. He was drunk and driving, and crashed his truck into a streetlight, killing himself and his best friend. My mother never re-married, and after that, we moved around a lot, and we were very poor (we lived in a car, a motel, and even in a single room in my cousin's farm for a bit).

But I'm not here to be depressing! What I'm trying to say is... in a lot of my work, I usually make father figures to be everything I would've hoped my father was. Not always (Academy Arcanist isn't like that at all, for example) but the Frith Chronicles is definitely that case.

I wished I had a father growing up, and when I saw them in movies (especially the cool and awesome fathers, like Mufasa, or even Hank Hill, or Mr. Incredible) I liked to imagine what it would be like to have them as fathers.

SO! If you're an amazing father in your own life, happy day to you! Know that your children will definitely appreciate it (even if right now they don't, lol) because all the good memories will be with them forever. <3

Do I have plans?!

Yes! John's father recently found out he has cancer. We'll be having dinner with him and playing some board games. After that, I'll be returning home to edit some chapters, and hopefully get them up here to Patreon.

Sorry for the delay in chapters, I've been mired in edits or depressing news (like cancer, and still no pregnancy for me and John...) but this week is the week I edit a bajillion words, lol
