Good morning folks! I have been itching to make a nice boldly RED medieval dress for ages, and I'm so glad I did! The princess seams of Jean Fouquet's Madonna have long intrigued me, so it was fun to try patterning out a late medieval dress in that style. I also gave lacing rings a fair shake - I've done them before on the outside of a garment, but getting them to be functional and semi nice looking on the inside has always been a challenge. Would love to hear how you think I did :D
A heads up: normally I like to give you folk at least a day to see the video first without ads and a chance to have the first comments but a snafu occurred with the sponsorship communication and I've got to get it posted asap. Apologies for that!
The rest of this Halloween costume will be coming, but for now, I'm back to painting that blasted ceiling. SOMEDAY it will be finished 😆
