I’ve got 99 Problems but too many printers ain’t one

I bought a Brand new (technically used) Elegoo Jupiter off Facebook. Just arrived 🤘😬 I wanted to see how the official unit compares to my pre production unit… plus I have some larger resin projects in the works 🙃

Same boat here too. Wish I could get my printer to work.

I joined to get help/guidance with my printers to better my skills. So far not so much, but quite a few peeps just like myself.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Have only had a partial failure, but would love to find some ways to turn up the speed a bit. So far, Ive just been using the default settings from Elegoo, and the print times are far longer than I would've expected.

have been looking for settings for Jupiter. Lift/retract distance/speeds. I know exposures times very depending on climate/temp but I believe the mechanical movements are not so dependent. right now my settings Fail printing the rook and it takes 9 hours 54 minutes. Could really use help turning up the speed.

Love all the stuff you definitely has inspired my 3d print journey ! Was there much difference between the pre and current iliterations of the Jupiter ?

Looking forward to seeing what you do! Our delivery guy was practically crying when he saw how big the printer was and that his truck wouldn't fit down my mum's road. I dread now getting it back out of storage when we finally get a house :)

The plate design for this printer it's poor, leveling is a pain in the neck takes forever

Danilo Bruno

I saw you jump on that post lol

Nice! I am still waiting on my two from the kickstarter.

No such thing as too many 3d printers (as I keep trying to tell my wife...)
